- What are some of the best things about your team?I am my own team. I communicate well, bought a ton of tools and get the job done while having friendly conversations with clients toward the end
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Don't have one, none. Not even sure if there is one?
- What is the best part about your compensation package?There is no compensation package, but you can sign up for health/dental/vision insurance through them if you would like.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company culture seems good from the outside, however you have this culture of micromanagement and no trust to its employees. There is a lot of redundant meetings that occur and senior leaders focus on beaurocracy.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Take away an algorithm that promotes punishment for not accepting tasks. Taskers cannot accept every task sent to them for many reasons. Some clients stop responding to messages. Taskers should not be penalized because of this for passing on a clients task when they won't message back.
