What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am my own boss with this company

they offer a large amount of help to get you started and on your feet.

Leadership team need to get better at everything
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Don't have one, none. Not even sure if there is one?
There is no compensation package, but you can sign up for health/dental/vision insurance through them if you would like.
I think they pay above average and i was happy about that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want to be paid on time
Take away an algorithm that promotes punishment for not accepting tasks. Taskers cannot accept every task sent to them for many reasons. Some clients stop responding to messages. Taskers should not be penalized because of this for passing on a clients task when they won't message back.
Ignorance and stupidity at cancellation policy.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I am my own team. I communicate well, bought a ton of tools and get the job done while having friendly conversations with clients toward the end
eager to work on new things, eager to collaborate, friendly and smart
They are super helpful and always have all the answers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve everything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meeting new people and helping them out
I love my coworkers and how we all have so much in common and we love to help one another
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company culture seems good from the outside, however you have this culture of micromanagement and no trust to its employees. There is a lot of redundant meetings that occur and senior leaders focus on beaurocracy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a background check and I passed it
It took a long time to get to an oboarding meeting when i first applied

The ability to design our own schedules.
I like the sense of accomplishment and of course earning money
Seeing my coworkers and knowing im doing something i love while making some great money as well
