What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is nice.
Fair comp package but was not given what was promised originally. Very disappointed and seemed like a bait and switch.

We were building a product we all believed in and liked.
It feels like we are a family!

Management needs to get to know their employees better. Understand the obstacles in the way for people to do their jobs.
