LIFT Program - Mentoring program which matches mentors with mentees in the organization. The mission of the Leadership Initiative for Taulia (LIFT) program is to empower Taulians to take on leadership roles and realize their full potential at Taulia and beyond. By facilitating mentoring relationships, providing opportunities for reflection and self-examination, and teaching practical leadership skills, the program helps Taulians strengthen their self-confidence, find their voice, and pursue leadership goals.
