Taulia Leadership Program (TLP) - The Taulia Leadership Program (TLP) is a year long program where a select group five to six high-potential leaders, selected from an application process, complete a series of sessions that elevate candidates above a single function, give them a broader vision of the company, develop the leadership skills required of a great leader, help create highly engaged employees, and provide career development growth opportunities.

LIFT Program - Mentoring program which matches mentors with mentees in the organization. The mission of the Leadership Initiative for Taulia (LIFT) program is to empower Taulians to take on leadership roles and realize their full potential at Taulia and beyond. By facilitating mentoring relationships, providing opportunities for reflection and self-examination, and teaching practical leadership skills, the program helps Taulians strengthen their self-confidence, find their voice, and pursue leadership goals.
