Our leaders are very intelligent, supportive, and patient. I like how they value each individual input. They're great listeners and are very understanding people. They care about their team's overall health and check in on you consistently.

The compensation package is regularly updated. There are more benefits now compared to the time I stared. It all makes sense and the changes are done to actually benefit the employees like including an employee assistance program offered for free a few years ago.

I feel like the story I get in performance reviews is different than the story in my paycheck. I got a pretty good performance review 18 months in, and only got 90% of my bonus, despite being told close to exceeding expectations on most things. Then my raise was tiny, didn't match what I was told

I am not a fan of how my bonus target is basically unattainable. My bonus is 50% personal performance and 50% company performance, and getting 100% of my personal performance is basically impossible. If that is the case, just tell me my bonus target is lower, but make it attainable. That felt cheap.

Be more competitive. I noticed that people leave to get better pay and opportunity somewhere else. People stay not because of pay, benefits, and management because of the people they work with.

Each person on my team is responsible. We do not need to carry any one member because we are all completing our work.

People respect time and try to only have meetings when necessary. I like the efficiency and recommendations on meeting use.

I would say it's that the people share the same values and there is the assume good intention feeling. Everyone is willing to step out of their way to help if help is needed.
I love that the culture is very open, regardless of position. Everyone's door is open for questions or to say "Hi".

Getting to know the culture via people
Everyone was very welcoming and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process.
The interview process was long compared to my last role. I met with lots of team members one on one. It was nice to get a real sense of culture but I do wish things has progressed faster.
