Getting to know the culture via people
Everyone was very welcoming and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process.
The interview process was long compared to my last role. I met with lots of team members one on one. It was nice to get a real sense of culture but I do wish things has progressed faster.
I got a strong sense of culture and inclusion. I felt that I could be myself at Taulia and appreciated that they compensated me fairly for what I offered.
