What is the best part about your compensation package?RSUs are the best part of my compensation
What is the best part about your compensation package? The health insurance and the vacation days.
What did you like most about the interview process? How easy the communication was, the positive attitude, the honesty about the work environment, the pay and the expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Industry standard salaries would be a good start
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like the story I get in performance reviews is different than the story in my paycheck. I got a pretty good performance review 18 months in, and only got 90% of my bonus, despite being told close to exceeding expectations on most things. Then my raise was tiny, didn't match what I was told
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Training, staffing, listening. no interest in communicating with one another
