    I feel like the story I get in performance reviews is different than the story in my paycheck. I got a pretty good performance review 18 months in, and only got 90% of my bonus, despite being told close to exceeding expectations on most things. Then my raise was tiny, didn't match what I was told

Taulia's employees have joined together to create an organization called Taulian's For The Greater Good. This is a community of like-minded Taulians interested in creating positive change for the Earth and for our fellow humans. We understand that to change the world, we have to change ourselves first. We have to change our mentality, our habits and our actions!


To help each of us make those changes, Taulians for the Greater Good sponsors educational events, motivational guest speakers, and company-wide activities centered around the environment and promoting the welfare of others, usually through charitable donations of funds or time.



The group sponsors activities like: Seven Days of Giving, planting a Taulia Forest, and organizing volunteer opportunities during our Season of Service.
