What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say it's that the people share the same values and there is the assume good intention feeling. Everyone is willing to step out of their way to help if help is needed.
I love that the culture is very open, regardless of position. Everyone's door is open for questions or to say "Hi".

I do not feel mico-managed. I am expected to get my work done but have the freedom to complete work during hours that work for my life.
Taulia stresses the importance of work life balance and taking care of yourself in order to be the most successful. They also are very diversity-focused which is incredibly important!
