Extremely poor, do not recommend this company to anyone
CEO was out of touch with their employees. He never acknowledged you or even said hello. Very executive top heavy company. Lays off the ones who made the company tick. Very unsafe company at all levels, transportation, warehousing, retail stores
Its ok but there is no room to advance ive been at the company for 8 years then they a guy who been sitting home for 2years answering the phone to run the warehouse and he just wants to sit in the office All because they want a white guy in there.
I enjoy working at ntb. I like working with co-workers I get along with them.
