They know the company is garbage and are real about it

Clueless. Appointment of her was laughable. Virtual no experience
Poor management, no contact with the real workers, they are only concerned with their bonuses

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is trash. You need to pay more. Everyone is going to leave
Worst healthcare. Very expensive and covered zip
Equitable pay for the position. Some doing the same job are salaried, others are hourly
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working hard together and reach a target at the end of the day.
We stand around and trash talk all the pay cuts and talk about where we're going for job interviews
Always about the executives. We did not matter
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managers allow poor performance employees to continue their lackluster performance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workplace is acceptable. We work with different people. Which means different cultures.
Everyone knows we're all here for a bogus pay check so we make the best of it
The people we get along all of us are under paid compared to these other tire companies
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
TBC employees are mostly negative only because of the leadership team
What did you like most about the interview process?
Thought I was joining something with a bright future. Instead my bright future is going to be when I leave
The damn lies they told anout money and raises

Could care less, suggest no one seek employment at this dysfunctional company

Unsafe. On OSHA’s radar. Violations galo
