What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop with the pointless meetings and aggressive deadlines. Have empathy for your employees. Understand they have lives outside the bank
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pension is fair ok
Best part of compensation package is stability in income and the market assessment of demand for positions.
the pay since I was contract and thats all I received
very well balanced for both me and the company

What are some of the best things about your team?
TD Bank Group attracts very talented people from outside our organization. My experience has been great in supporting development of skills within my role and skills for roles on my development plan.

Your priorities are not your coworkers priorities. Understand that when you need assistance. Don't continually ask for things done asap.

Flexible hours to work anytime
Inclusive teams that allow for flexibility. Lower level execs make decisions to support employees life needs. When and where flexibility in the job is the best I have ever had.
This is the first job I ever had where I can help make positive changes and feel heard if something is wrong

The work that i do impacts
TD's investment in me. I benefit from amazing professional development opportunities that are available for all corporate employees. TD has Work Enablement training that provides novice to advanced level skills in transferable technology solutions such as Office 365.
