I love that they try to help you grow and develop you for your position, without the need of constantly nagging at you. I feel very safe talking to them about anything related to work or outside of work.

100% benefits help me and my family
Depending on how much you work you get a very good and reliable package including dental plans, care, and wellness! You're able to pick and choose what works best for you and gain from these resources.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual raise to either match or best out inflation.
Not enough compared to cost of living
What are some of the best things about your team?
Close knit team. Everyone is positive and morale is a very big aspect.
No groupism. Fair for everyone
We are all friends and always down to help one and other. Even though we are technically competing against each other, there is never any rough interactions with them. We are all able to get along and work towards our goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dress code which unfifies everyone
That everyone is always down to help out whenever you have a question or a problem. There is never any blame and only constructive feedback. At the end of the day they know that we are all trying our best and they appreciate our work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Confident past experience and multilingual
I love how they made it a conversation between all the managers and you, and not just them interviewing you the whole time. Although I did have to study a lot for this interview I felt that they really listened to what I had to say and were very charming. They had great questions.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
less clinical and formal process
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to take time off when needed and being very inclusive.

I love interacting with my colleagues and managers as well as my regular clients. I enjoy having conversations with everybody. I also love how we have goals that enable us to work hard and stay motivated. I love our benefits and our flexible hours of operations.
