Compensation is undervalued and not transparent. Favoritism plays a large role in promotions and bonuses. Unnecessary Bureaucratic mindset.
Transparency on pay scales and justification it current salary according to work
TDS culture celebrates mediocrity and incompetence. Meritocracy is not a part of compensation decisions
