What do you like best about the leadership team?
TDS leaders are extremely approachable, supportive, and open to feedback from employees at all levels of the organization.
They are willing to work with employees in urgent family situations. They build an amazing relationship with employees but not too personal.
Company is firmly squared away. Runs much better than other MSOs Ive worked for. Leadership leads and Executives have their eyes on the big picture; not what will augment share price this quarter. Operations are tight and efficient. Most of all, everyone cares about the customer experience.

Communication and helping each other when there is a problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
benefits = vacation, sick time, 401k

We work as a team, for each other, and offer support as one team.
The team is very supportive and genuinely works to ensure the success of others and the team as a whole.
We are in great communication with one another
Most of my time is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It is a joy to talk with them around the workplace and make the job a little better.

High level management taking an active role.
The interview process was clear and straightforward so I understood what was expected and understood what they were looking for. This allowed me to understand if I was a good fit for the company.

The work days seem to drag on and the work isn't very stimulating, so it can seem very tiring throughout the day.
