Honest conversations with technicians about what may be happening.

Coworkers act like it is high school and are more concerned with being in cliques and working together as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fishel talks a good game about having a positive culture but it is just talk. Management encourages negative competitiveness and "throwing under the bus" people you dislike personally
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better understanding of the workers and whats going on. you cant always go by whats written down without understanding the individual

the lies, false promises they tell you
