What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fair enough and can support myself
They offer legal assistance for employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just align pay with industry standards
Stock options only granted to Director level and above. I would like to see stock options granted to managers as well.
I believe I should be paid more for the work and time I put into Tech Data. I work with extremely high maintenance customers on a daily and my base compensation is considerably less than my male coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team, great people, ok
Everybody is always helping one another, we all want each other to be successful
The quarterly outings with the members of the team.
We all have each other’s back and we are all willing to pitch in and help one another out.
Great teamwork and communication efforts.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn about what other departments do and what other services we offer as a company. Treat other departments the same way you would treat a customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and bosses always have a positive attitude
Our supervisor has a positive attitude that branches off to others
The ability to be open to change.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More transparency to strategy and to the direction of the company. Stop talking about "digital transformation" with no details on how things will change.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everybody was very open and honest throughout the process, I didn't have to sit and wait forever

It’s like most interviews. Where they asking you about weakness and strengths. Pretty average interview.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Improve the communication. Post salary ranges to avoid wasting everyone's time. Now we can't see salary ranges for positions in the company. It's ludicrous.
What makes you most happy at work?
Driving away from a job well done
More job if different each day, every day is a new challenge and opportunity to learn.
I am happiest at work when I am making sales and progressing as a member of the company
