Salary and promotions. They offer an opportunity for people to grow and improve and increase their titles. As well as respect the opinions of everybody that comes in the door

Fair and reasonable salaries are the highest in town

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel more tricked then undervalued. The work I do is pretty elementary (it wasn't pitched that way to me). I knew the pay coming in, which is very low, but I figure I would get skills. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Also, when you talk about these issues you just get excuses. They don't care.
