They are very good at what they do. Pitch you a job that sounds perfect (mostly using the client's name) then you get stuck. The job they tell you about is not the job you will have. Even asking the right questions won't help. They just won't tell you the truth. It's pretty awful.
Telling the truth. It's an environment which cares more about itself then it's employees
I feel more tricked then undervalued. The work I do is pretty elementary (it wasn't pitched that way to me). I knew the pay coming in, which is very low, but I figure I would get skills. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Also, when you talk about these issues you just get excuses. They don't care.

They need to be honest. The constant lying makes for a very toxic environment. Sure, Tech-pro might not get as high-quality workers if they were honest about the job they are hiring for. But if you want a productive happy workforce, the work must fit the worker. You don't get that through lies.
So the interview process was great! You feel like you are going to do great work. The problem is that it is all a lie. The job they pitch is nothing like the job you will do. They may even tell you some blemishes to make it seem like they are honest. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
I don't think our team will last much longer. No one wants to come to work. As a result, the work we give the client is pretty bad. It is only a matter of time until the client figures it out and gets rid of us.
I know you need to bring people in and that is your job as a staffing company, by at least try to be honest about the jobs we are signing on to.
