  • After you set up your Technimark WebEx account you need to go through the process of linking your SoundConnect conference calling account to your WebEx account.

    1. Log in to Webex.

    2. On the Meeting Center tab, on the left hand menu, expand the "Set Up" section and choose "Preferences".

    3. Now in the Preferences window, choose the "Set Up" link next to Audio (or you may need to expand the Audio section) and scroll down until you find the "Teleconference" section.

    4. Click "Add Account" to enter in your SoundConnect conference calling information.

    5. Enter in your SoundConnect call-in #'s and conference codes. If your account does not indicate separate codes for Host and Participant, then enter the same conference code for both here. DO NOT ENTER YOUR LEADER PIN ANYWHERE IN THIS SCREEN.

    6. Submit the information and now when you send an invitation from WebEx this call-in information will automatically be included.

  • Technimark uses Onelogin.com for single sign-on services. Onelogin.com provides a secure, cloud-based connector back to our Active Directory. Currently the IT Support Portal (Zendesk) and our Dropbox account use this service for authenticating users. This service allows us to authenticate users to our network without requiring a LAN connection or a VPN tunnel. It also allows us to use cloud-based services without having to remember multiple passwords.

    Example flow of password authentication for IT Support Portal:

    1 - A user goes to https://itsupport.technimark.com from anywhere (Technimark LAN, internet, etc) and clicks the "Login" button.

    2 - The portal login page redirects to Onelogin.com and checks if the user is already signed in. If they are, they will automatically be logged in to the support portal and they're done. If they are not already signed in, it displays the Onelogin login page for the Technimark directory.

    3 - The user enters their technimark.com email address as the user name (ie, [email protected]) and their Technimark network password for the password and clicks "Login".

    4 - Onelogin auithenticates the user to our network directory and if the credentials are correct, they are logged in to the support portal page.
