No communication and no guidance
Project Dir. does not correspond very well. He is difficult to understand and does not want to meet or know his Team unless they are a Lead.

Due to merger and restructuring

We are short 2 people in Cost and it is effecting the group poorly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues are very dedicated
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company's attitude about the layoffs is so strange. Just tell us and let us know as soon as possible. Not just "SURPRISE" you are gone!!
