Pretty transparent. We frequently hear about our financial health through monthly shareouts and are told what the goals are each quarter. Senior-leadership team (SLT) round tables occur every so often for us to ask questions. Would better appreciate it if SLT didn't set strategy so much, but alas.
They care about the employees
They're extremely humble and real.
Health, Dental, Optical are all great coverage. We have an Employee Stock Option Program, though that's new and we're all still learning how it works. Flexible sick time off so that we don't use up our vacation/personal time. Birthdays & (community) Volunteer time off as well.
PTO and the health insurance
Our benefits are great! They include paid medical insurance, free food, tuition reimbursement, and loads of fun.
I work with smart people on a good team. We constantly question whether this is the most effective thing to do, and if we find we're just in a rut, we'll change things up. Trying to be agile in a Marketing department, and it's working. Mostly.

They're so willing to help out whenever they can. An all hands on deck mentality.
Most positive aspect of TechSmith is if something is not going well, and you speak up, it'll likely get fixed.
