- What makes you most happy at work?Getting to do the work. The tactical part of my job.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most positive aspect of TechSmith is if something is not going well, and you speak up, it'll likely get fixed.
- What are some of the best things about your team?I work with smart people on a good team. We constantly question whether this is the most effective thing to do, and if we find we're just in a rut, we'll change things up. Trying to be agile in a Marketing department, and it's working. Mostly.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Faster initial response. And only two rounds. We currently can have four (application, phone/video interview, project phase, face-to-face interview). Used to have two face-to-face interviews pre-covid. It's too much. I'm glad we're thorough, but that's a LOT of time.
