Employees are overworked. Not ompensated for excessive work schedules . Heads are afraid to let the CEO know of the unhappiness

Peers in similar roles at other companies are making at least 20k/year more than I am, and most of them manage only 10% of the product assortment I oversee. When I received my most recent promotion, it was at the same time as merit raises. My combined raise was 11%, meaning my merit was only 1%.
