Mr. Steven P. Richman, also known as Steve, has been the President of Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation since January, 2007. Mr. Richman is responsible for all facets of the business as it relates to the Milwaukee brand and its leadership role in manufacturing and marketing professional and industrial heavy-duty portable corded and cordless power tools, pneumatic tools, accessories and safety equipment. Mr. Richman served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Old Ladder Co. (DE), Inc. since January 4, 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Werner Co. from January 2005 to November 2006 and since January 2005 respectively. Mr. Richman served as President and General Manager of the Skil and Bosch Power Tools business units of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation from 2001 to 2005. He served as Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing of Skil and Bosch Power Tools from 1998 to 2001. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Murray Inc. from 1994 to 1998. He served as Director of Consumer Product Business for Siemens Solar. Mr. Richman started his career in 1982 at Black & Decker in sales and progressively moved up to Group Product Manager before becoming Director of Marketing and Advertising for Siemens Solar in 1988. Mr. Richman has been a Director of Old Ladder Co. (DE), Inc. since January 4, 2005 and its subsidiaries. He served as Director of Werner Co. from January 4, 2005 to November 2006. He holds a B.A. from UCLA.
