What do you like best about the leadership team?
The experienced ones are good. For some reason they like to place people with no experience in supervisory roles.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have the tools, materials and support beeded to do our jobs properly.
Benefits have not changed for over 20+ years, wages do not compare with inflation rate or cost of living
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a family, we coach each other and look out for one another.
For the most part it is good. However The new thing is to hire people based on what they look like not people who are qualified or speak english. Because it makes the company more diverse.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pay is very good
Diverse in nature and digitization in mining is cool
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
lose the intimidation tactics used by senior staff, respect and dignity work both ways
What did you like most about the interview process?
Some interviews are way too long and others arent long enough. Now it seem as if they just hire folks they can throw under the bus.
They were thorough. But The standards have dropped way down and they are hiring almost anyone now.

Making money to pay my bills
being able to expand and learn new things
co workers and a few foreman who actually have respect for you, appreciate the hard work you do and thank you for a job well done

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be a change of who's running the show and bring everything up to date. Allow ownership and accountability. Even in Mr. Price's speach he said its all about shareholder profit, it should also be about families, communities and sustainabilty as well
