For the most part it is good. However The new thing is to hire people based on what they look like not people who are qualified or speak english. Because it makes the company more diverse.

The pay is very good
Diverse in nature and digitization in mining is cool
lose the intimidation tactics used by senior staff, respect and dignity work both ways
Some interviews are way too long and others arent long enough. Now it seem as if they just hire folks they can throw under the bus.
They were thorough. But The standards have dropped way down and they are hiring almost anyone now.

Challenges and encouragement for good work
There needs to be a change of who's running the show and bring everything up to date. Allow ownership and accountability. Even in Mr. Price's speach he said its all about shareholder profit, it should also be about families, communities and sustainabilty as well
