What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have a vision for the company be truly inclusive and treat all employees fairly.
Respecting and treating employees fairly, and valuing the hard-working employees. They have to remove bias and treat the HR person they hired to support the organizational goal, which they do not have in place.
Fire our manager and promote someone else from our team.
Be more human, they do not care for our safety.

Completely undervalued and sometimes bullied.
They only care about sales, and not about the workers who make the sensors.

Employees should be more welcoming and inclusive.
Team up to demand better pay.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire the managers and hire new management team.
Change the management. Hire more people and give them better trainning.

My interviewer was wearing old jeans and in sneakers while I was dressed up with tie and leather shoes.

The company treats employees poorly, especially employees of color.
