What do you like best about the leadership team?
Reasonable, and demanding yet fair.
They take the time to listen to their employees.
Their commitment to their team members and the knowledge they pass down to the members of the team.
Leadership team shows interest in what people are doing. They all have technical backgrounds and it makes a difference.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare costs have remained flat for the past four years. In network medical deductibles are covered by the company. 401k match is vested immediately.
Company pays your deductible tied with $5000/$10,000 vacation budget after 5 years and 10 years!
We have the best comp package around. Everything comes up roses

The benefit package is extremely generous. TekSynap does a 401K contribution match and helps me pay off $1,000 of my student debt every year. In addition, my co-pays are very low and coverage is exceptional.
TekSynap offers many benefits in addition to the standard benefits, such as pet insurance and a tuition reimbursement program.

What are some of the best things about your team?
This company his very well
Team works together. Like family.
We have had very low attrition, and the managers care about their employees. We do a lot of team events, even virtually during the pandemic.
The comradery is the best I have ever had.
My teammates are positive and passionate about their jobs. We work together well and tackle projects easily. I look forward to meetings as speaking to them is always entertaining.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leadership training. Documentation of job requirements and training
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work is meaningful and fair
The comradery is the best thing about the business. And the backup from the leadership is the best in the world.
TekSynap is employee focused and truly cares about the well-being and success of each employee.
They work hard to make it feel like a family.

The most positive part of our culture is the family like atmosphere. Everyone on the team feels like someone you've known your whole life. They are respectful, caring and exceedingly competent. You know you are getting everyone's best effort each day.

It was easy and fair
The thoroughness of information on your self and you know that you're proud to be associated with your leadership team.
The recruiting team made me feel comfortable and knew what they were doing. I felt wanted and needed within the company, confident that I could make a difference.
I reached out directly to the hiring manager, she responded promptly and set me up with an interview.

Productivity. Is always a great incinitive to be a rock in the office.
