What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that every update and new program embraces the recovery and hope aspect of the work. People work for people and I have had good growth and managers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical coverage is pretty good, and you get it much sooner than you used to. You can choose more inclusive plans or high-deductible versions. The pay is really good if you are a manager or leader and increases are fair. The Employee stock ownership is a nice perk that is free.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We get a lot of freedom to explore new projects and try things clinically when they are in alignment with Recovery. They are pretty open to exploring new best practices and we have a strong emphasis on peer providers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the Cultural humility group and the recovery centered clinical system RCCS are both really positive and support a culture of power with rather than power over clients. People are treated like the hero of their story, and it leads to success for those who graduate from the programs.
