Transparency for the goals and objectives of the business
They're engaged with the day-to-day operations of TBI and they care about the employees. It's very rare to have an executive team that is approachable!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay, Benefits, Bonus, and incentives are all well rounded
I'm paid fairly for my role and our benefit package is incredibly generous.
The health care is the best I've had by far. It is cheap yet comprehensive.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, Positive, and all team players
My team is amazing! We all work together really well and we help each other out when needed. It feels like a family most days.
The sense of friendship and the air of relaxation we feel around one another makes working together and solving issues very easy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team TBI has some of the kindest people in the workforce. Everyone is willing to lend a hand or point you in the right direction if you need help. It's a very welcoming environment!

What did you like most about the interview process?
It gets the right amount of people involved without taking too long.
The process was very streamlined and I felt comfortable. The job shadow was extremely beneficial and I was able to meet one of my peers before I accepted the job offer.
It was very laid back and they wanted to get a sense of who you were as a person separate from who you were as just another worker
