He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of United States Cellular Corp., from January 1, 2007 to May 17, 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of United States Cellular Corp. from March 18, 1999 to December 31, 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance for United States Cellular Corp. until December31, 2006. Prior to that time, Mr. Meyers served as a Senior Vice President of Finance of United States Cellular Corp. from January 1997 to March 1999. Prior to that time, he served as a Vice President of Finance for United States Cellular Corp. for more than five years. Prior to joining U.S. Cellular, he held financial leadership positions with Imi-Tech Corp. and the Marmon Group. He has been a Director of United States Cellular Corporation since 1999 and TDS since January 1, 2007. He served as a Director of TDS Telecom at United States Cellular Corporation since January 1, 2007 until 2014. Mr. Meyers has been a Director of Telephone & Data Systems Inc., since January 1, 2007. He is a certified public accountant, with an MBA from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S degree in business administration from Loyola University.
