What are some of the best things about your team?My team is pretty great but we are limited in what we can do because leadership will not allow us to have sufficient resources to truly be effective.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and company culture. They Have to show their workforce that they are valued and not just bodies hired to do the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am highly skilled and experienced yet they pay me as an entry level person in my field.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Oftentimes people want to point the finger at someone when there’s an issue rather than trying to find an effective solution. Let’s be problem solvers rather than blamers!
