Ms. Babson-Smith holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardoso School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Since 2002, she has volunteered for Pro Bono Partnership and was awarded Outstanding Volunteer of the Year by that organization. In 2011, Ms. Babson-Smith was named a 'Woman Worth Watching' by Diversity Journal Magazine.
