Everyone seems to genuinely love what they do
Everyone is very supportive, very little blaming behavior and post mortems are always focused on improvement rather than blame.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to talk to future teammates
Got to talk to a lot of folks before making a decision, and get a good sense of the strategic position of the company.

Interacting with customers who are genuinely thrilled that we're helping them in their jobs.
