- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers need to learn the platforms better and also be responsive when people reach out since we're remote first.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that work ethic is considered secondary to people's big mouths. Compensation would be better if it kept up with market rate and inflation as well as promoting as soon as goals are met instead of nearly a year after.
