Was very simple when it had great leadership.

6 years ago it was a fun environment now it is just toxic.

If we did not have turn overs we would get to know our coworkers better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lack of communication and a very toxic environment. They will burn you out at any level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is the same from 6 years ago. Yearly and annual reviews no longer exist.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire the toxic employees not promote just because no one else is qualified to be promoted.
