Better leadership. Someone who can do the job is considered a manager. They don't have to have personnel skills they don't have to know what the laws are and they can sit there and threaten you in a terrible do nothing
The pay is the same from 6 years ago. Yearly and annual reviews no longer exist.
Humor. We use this as a way to remember we are all humans when things are challenging. We point out the ugly and get into solutioning.

If we did not have turn overs we would get to know our coworkers better.
