It hasn't always been easy and difficult decisions have had to be made. This carries extra weight for a family owned company where employees are like family. However, the company is responsible and is focused on the future and the right things.

No leadership, no communication, reaching out to corporate for help does not happen. You are on your own. Lack of micro managing, lack of training, lack of coverage

Transparent and bullish. Willing to address problems head on.

Resilient group of people who care deeply for the brand.

Lack of communication and a very toxic environment. They will burn you out at any level.

Better leadership. Someone who can do the job is considered a manager. They don't have to have personnel skills they don't have to know what the laws are and they can sit there and threaten you in a terrible do nothing

The pay is the same from 6 years ago. Yearly and annual reviews no longer exist.

Humor. We use this as a way to remember we are all humans when things are challenging. We point out the ugly and get into solutioning.

Hustle, grit & collaboration. They are aligned on a common goal and locked in on the mission.

If we did not have turn overs we would get to know our coworkers better.
