What are some of the best things about your team?
Humor. We use this as a way to remember we are all humans when things are challenging. We point out the ugly and get into solutioning.
Hustle, grit & collaboration. They are aligned on a common goal and locked in on the mission.
If we did not have turn overs we would get to know our coworkers better.

Leaving at the end of the day.
Everyone wants to win. Shared goal. And we consistently are getting better at aligning on same approach.
