What is the best part about your compensation package?
Awesome people and autonomy
Conference stipend and time off. 5 wks PTO and 6 wks paternity leave. Slack time. Bonuses are equal distributed percentage of profits.

All are experts, but all are humble. Empathy is driving force. Always striving to produce their best work. Lean by teaching.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working on challenging problems, always learning
writing nice code is the motto. Nice like "dude nice code". Also nice like empathetic to the next maintainer / changer. Pushes me to umprove
