Listen to employees grievances and resolve issues.
Paying their employees a living wage.
This is a company that applauds yes-men and treats employees who are not engineers as second-class employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
wide choice of health care options
Benefits and 401k are good. PTO and HR is terrible.
My health insurance costs are wonderful. The match for my 401k is fair.

I like the employee stock purchase plan, as well as the time off with pay accumulation. The health insurance is comparable to most other companies, and due to our company's size, various discounted services are offered to employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was doxed on the job for reporting sexual harassment, drug use, conspiracy to commit felonies, attempted murder, and RICO organizations. They gave my phone #, address, email address, and full name to 1000s of their employees and partners- who have spent years harassing, stalking, threatening me.

Hard to take advantage of stocks and 401ks if im living paycheck to paycheck. Inflation is 12.9% in phoenix. My raise was 3.7%.
Paid time off is low compared to other companies and compensation is at the bottom range.

Our team understanding the value of long term commitment and loyality and working togther through thick and thin. Resolving issues when things are tough; not running from problems. Teams that eagerly strive to solve client problems becasue providing excellent client service is why consultants exist

The best thing about my team is that they understand that I will not put them into a position to fail, and that I have done and will continue to do everything I ask them to do. They know that I will go to bat for them anytime they believe they are treated unfairly or put in an unsafe situation.

Very understaffed.. hard to get everything done.

The relationship that has been cultivated between the members of my team because they know I am here for them in all aspects of their lives, not just work, which enables them to concentrate more on performing work tasks

This company needs top down changes and a Justice Department investigation into serious crimes, including attempted murder and conspiracy to commit arson.

I interviewed long before we were purchased by tetra tech. At that time I sat down with the engineer for whom I was going to work, listened to what he needed and expected, and told him the best way I thought I could fill that need. Was able to "sell myself", not just fit into a mold
Managers can make it their own based on the interviewee.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I am a qualified, highly educated, intelligent, well-spoken, non criminal. This makes me a liability and a threat to them
