It started off well because I was part of a small division. A few years in, we were absorbed by a large division. People were quitting or getting fired almost weekly. It turned into a sad environment of sad and angry people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and 401k are good. PTO and HR is terrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is a company that applauds yes-men and treats employees who are not engineers as second-class employees.
