What did you like most about the interview process?I believe that speaking with the COO was very helpful in showing how personable this company is. When the CEO or COO is involved in the hiring process, it demonstrates that they care about the company's overall well-being.
What makes you most happy at work?I work with the Merchants and a handful of coworkers. I enjoy seeing this company grow and achieve new things and how my position impacts the company as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team? Our team meetings are productive as we are able to identify the company's needs and stay up-to-date with current developments within the organization.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I am concerned about the attitude and approach of some of my coworkers. Their behavior makes me want to leave the company when they get upset. Even when I bring the issue to a manager, it seems like they believe their approach was justified despite being extremely degrading and disrespectful.
