Awful and segmented culture. Leadership is only concerned about how to make and save a buck, not the employees who work hard to make that happen, especially after making the decision to close domestic sites and produce overseas.
only care about money, doesnt care about employees, 85 people short and not hiring, just more overtime, 6-7 days a week....no raises and underpaid
Great company and people we work with. It can be demanding but there is flex time. Wish we had a work from home policy.
