I don't feel it is the agencies fault I feel it is a problem at the state level.
I have a much higher lever of experience yet I am not challenged.
I get .12 contribution to my retirement and make minimum wage
Not paid enough with little transparency on what the top make
Not enough compensation for degree, experience, etc.
For the job I do and for all the responsibility I have, $8.25 an hour is not enough. I should at the very least be making $10.
