What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very organized and positive atmosphere
I like that when they notice an issue they respond to it.
Smart people. But they need a little more work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New management new ideas more training
Teaching employees and modeling techniques
Communicating with the worker. Also, staying on top of things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's free for employees and no charge and reimburments
they contribute towards your total also
Good health care benefits and vacation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel it is the agencies fault I feel it is a problem at the state level.
I have a much higher lever of experience yet I am not challenged.
I get .12 contribution to my retirement and make minimum wage
Not paid enough with little transparency on what the top make
Not enough compensation for degree, experience, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are organized and get along well
My team works well together and all have different strengths.
They are dedicated to trying to help
we are a great team
We work hard to help struggling addicts
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More team building time & energy
Communication could be better all around
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me, I try my hardest to make improvement
Helping those who need it with compassion.
The environment is informal and laid back
very diverse and multiple groups to work with

Very nice office setting it was in
It was a long time ago but I enjoyed be interviewed by those I would be working with/for.
It was swift and honest. Something I appreciate

Helping people fulfill their dreams.
Getting paid every two weeks even though I wish it was 1 week
My clients and the things we do with them
making the day easy and fun for everyone
Working with people who need help in staying the course
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The head CEO needs to realize that staff utilize their own personal expenses (vehicles, cell phones) to serve the company without much compensation
