Everyone seems to like it, I have worked in private practice and there are virtually no benefits there. The hospital has insurance, profit sharing, stocks, education reimbursement and too much more to list here.
How does The Austin Diagnostic Clinic handle HR issues?
They have an open door policy. I have never had to go, but since it is such a big company, they take HR issues seriously. They are really nice people, everyone is very friendly to me- and I believe that if I ever had a problem- it would get resolved quickly.
