The Black Car Fund Mission Statement

The Black Car Fund’s mission is to provide workers’ compensation insurance, safety education, related benefits, as well as to encourage wellness for Black Car and Luxury Limousine drivers who operate in the state of New York who are affiliated with companies who are The Fund’s Member Bases. To treat all claimants and company partners with the utmost respect and professionalism. To ensure the continued viability of The Fund through due diligence. To comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations, as they pertain to The Fund. To provide professional assistance to all covered drivers filing claims - without exception. To seek out and eliminate fraud from the claims process. To ensure that safety education is a priority and made readily available to the covered drivers To make every effort to contribute to the wellness of the covered drivers served. To work together as a team to ensure that all of the above get accomplished.
