David N. Kestnbaum — Managing Director of Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group

Mr. David N. Kestnbaum has been Managing Director of Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group L.P. since January 15, 2016. Mr. Kestnbaum is a Managing Director of The Blackstone Group, Private Equity Group since January 15, 2016. He was previously a Principal since 2013. Since joining Blackstone in 2013, Mr. Kestnbaum has been involved in the execution of Blackstone's investments and in evaluating investment opportunities across multiple sectors, including Transportation & Logistics, Business Services, Leisure, Apparel and various other industries. Mr. Kestnbaum served as a Vice President and Senior Associate of Vestar Capital Partners, Inc. where he analyzed and executed private equity investments in multiple different sectors. He joined Vestar Capital Partner in 2006, where he evaluated and executed investments in the diversified industrials, business services, and consumer and healthcare sectors. He served as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsor Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Mr. Kestnbaum executed a wide variety of private equity-related mergers and acquisitions and financing assignments in investment banking. He has been a Director of DJO Global Inc since April 30, 2013. He serves as a Director of Alight Solutions, and Outerstuff. He has been a Director of DJO Finance LLC since April 2013 and was previously a Director or AlliedBarton Security Services. He currently serves as a Director of SESAC and Tradesmen. Mr. Kestnbaum holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a graduate from Choate Rosemary Hall.
