What do you like best about the leadership team?
They go above and beyond but also are so willing to talk and grow the junior talent
Incredibly intelligent and accomplished leadership.
Smart people coming from different backgrounds
The team is very transparent

Fewer people are doing more of the work because Blackstone keeps hiring and promoting unskilled losers.
Not being abusive? Actually mentoring?
Lacking ethics so need to fix it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
healthy card, extras, bonus, food card
Blackstone has matched junior pay across groups to investment banking standards
Bonus time is really good
Bonus. But the size of base comp itself is quite good
Base pay is good here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
100% 401k match and bonus midyear

Collaboration, openness, social activities, and commitment to helping me grow
Smart people with small egos
Smart guys with a quant background
Cordial conversations and polite to eachother

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their commitment to ESG, as well as volunteer work, and growing wmployees as people
Colleagues are resourceful and are normally able to work well
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop expectations of everyone delivering 15 hours of work a day on top of non stop meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As a female, I interviewed mostly with other women. I also couldn't tell how I did until getting my offer.

Fewer interviews so candidate is nit inconveinanced
