Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

General culture is to be full of themselves. I work in the European PE team and the Industrial Senior MDs is having an affair with an assistant. It is shocking. There is no discipline or ethics.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Fewer interviews so candidate is nit inconveinanced
