Mr. Robert Petrini serves as Senior Managing Director of GSO Capital Partners LP. At GSO Capital Partners, he focuses on private debt and middle market private equity investing. Mr. Petrini has been involved in the GSO 's investments in the debt and equity of numerous private companies as well as public market investments. Before joining GSO Capital in 2005, Mr. Petrini was a Principal in Credit Suisse First Boston's Alternative Capital Division. Prior to the acquisition of DLJ, Mr. Petrini was a member of DLJ's Leveraged Finance Group, specializing in financial sponsor transactions. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Stolle Machinery and United Site Services. Mr. Petrini graduated magna cum laude with a BS in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
